What you'll do

As a Recruiter at Carvana, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for our Operations teams, which includes Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, and ADESA Auctions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles. You will provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they feel valued and informed. You will also collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience. Your role will involve tracking recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and making data-driven decisions to enhance future recruitment efforts.
