Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong background in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your ability to perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, sets you apart in the field. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Senior Automotive Diagnostic Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Your role will involve diagnosing complex vehicle issues and executing repairs efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians and help them develop their skills through training programs. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of vehicles delivered to customers, ensuring they receive reliable and safe transportation.
