You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong background in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, showcasing your versatility in the automotive field.

What you'll do

As a Senior Automotive Diagnostic Tech at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex automotive issues, ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with your team to deliver great vehicles to customers on time, and you may be required to work mandatory overtime to meet customer demands.

You will utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical systems, as well as perform heavy engine work. Your responsibilities will also include installing and servicing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working order. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest automotive technologies.
