Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairing complex electrical issues in vehicles. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive in a team environment and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer commitments.

Desirable

Experience with advanced vehicle electrical systems and refrigerant recovery systems is a plus. You are familiar with state-of-the-art tools and technologies used in modern automotive repair, and you are eager to learn and adapt to new methods and practices in the industry.

What you'll do

As a Senior Automotive and Diagnostic Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. You will perform extensive repairs on vehicles, including heavy engine work and advanced diagnostics. Your role will involve installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring that all repairs meet industry standards. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver quality service to customers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians and help them develop their skills through training programs.
