You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities as needed.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive or e-commerce sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven customer support technologies. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Carvana, you will own the product roadmap for transactional communications, ensuring that our messaging strategies are effective and aligned with customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and implement features that enhance customer interactions across various channels, including chat, email, SMS, and voice.
