What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all processes align with the company's mission of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver vehicles to customers' driveways or assist them at our unique vending machines. Your role will involve managing market launches, coordinating logistics, and juggling multiple projects to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
