Who you are

You have a proven track record in growth and demand generation, ideally within the Fintech sector. Your experience includes developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure and optimize marketing performance effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals. Your strategic mindset is complemented by operational strength, enabling you to execute initiatives from conception to optimization. You are passionate about shaping marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.

What you'll do

As a Growth/Demand Generation Manager at Caseware, you will be responsible for converting market interest into tangible results. You will establish a scalable demand and lifecycle system that integrates marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified meetings and opportunities. Collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and the sales team, you will implement initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and nurturing existing ones. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns to contribute significantly to the pipeline and revenue. You will actively shape the German marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with Caseware's overall business objectives.
