Overview

Filigran is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to accelerate the generation and conversion of demand for its cybersecurity products. You'll design and run integrated campaigns across various channels, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams. This role requires experience in demand generation and marketing operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and events, allows you to design integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Content. Your ability to align messaging and lead qualification processes ensures that no good lead is wasted. You are proactive in leveraging events to generate demand and have experience in both online and physical event strategies.

What you'll do

As a Demand Generation Manager at Filigran, you will own pipeline targets for specific segments and regions, developing a comprehensive demand generation plan to achieve them. You will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, utilizing email, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and physical events to drive qualified leads and opportunities. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales and Business Development Representatives to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead qualification processes.

You will leverage Filigran's events strategy to generate demand before, during, and after each event, working closely with the Events and Partnerships teams. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates. You will be instrumental in turning market traction into repeatable growth for Filigran's innovative cybersecurity solutions.
