Catawiki is hiring a Junior Finance Business Partner to support various business areas and develop FP&A expertise. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience in finance or analytics.

You are a motivated individual with 0–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, consulting, or analytics. You are eager to deepen your expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic finance. You possess a strong desire to take ownership of your work and drive impact within the organization. You are open to change and feedback, understanding that growth comes from learning and adapting. What you'll do

In this role, you will build a strong foundation in FP&A by supporting different business areas within Catawiki. As you gain experience and confidence, you will take ownership of a specific domain and become its dedicated Finance Business Partner. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
