What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design of innovative user interfaces for Faculty's AI platform, ensuring that they meet rigorous accessibility standards. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define design requirements and create solutions that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include evolving the design systems, conducting user research, and integrating findings into your design work.

You will also mentor team members, helping them to grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects. By championing accessibility and inclusion in your designs, you will play a crucial role in making AI technology accessible to a wider audience.
