Celigo is hiring a UX Design Operations Lead to establish and improve operational foundations for UX Design, User Research, and Content Strategy teams. You'll work closely with UX leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance design execution. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You have a strong background in UX design operations, with experience in establishing and scaling operational processes that support design teams. You understand the importance of customer-centered outcomes and have a knack for improving efficiency in design workflows. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with UX leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product priorities. You are comfortable with hands-on execution and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate design operations strategies clearly to various stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about maturing UX practices within an organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and own the UX operational roadmap, working closely with UX leadership to prioritize initiatives that enhance design efficiency. You will be responsible for managing processes such as Design Sprints, tooling, governance, and team metrics, enabling product designers, user researchers, and content strategists to focus on high-impact work. You will lead change management efforts to mature UX practices and make the impact of UX more visible across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and other business teams to ensure that design execution aligns with product delivery rhythms. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in design operations.
