What you'll do

In this role, you will help lead UX initiatives across multiple product lines, collaborating with UX leaders on projects that span various teams. You will take a proactive approach to define requirements and outcomes, ensuring clarity in complex programs. Your organizational skills will be crucial in keeping key tasks and milestones on track by managing goals and timelines effectively. You will build strong partnerships with UX, Product, R&D, and other teams, spotting cross-team gaps and addressing them before they escalate.

You will play a vital role in guiding the design initiatives, supporting the UX product operations, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and equipped to deliver outstanding user experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive collaboration will be essential in this position, as you work to enhance the overall product quality and user satisfaction.
