You are a highly motivated finance professional with extensive experience in FP&A, accounting, and business partnering. You have a proven track record of success in driving operational efficiencies and improving gross margins in a manufacturing environment. Your intellectual curiosity and detail-oriented approach enable you to tackle complex financial challenges effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solutions. Your leadership skills allow you to manage finance teams effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. What you'll do
As the Director of Operations Finance, you will support the Operations organization worldwide, focusing on product costing and driving operational efficiencies. You will lead the cost forecast process for assets under development and new products in the commercial pipeline. Your role will involve collaborating with manufacturing sites in Bridgewater, NJ, Europe, and Japan to ensure financial insights are integrated into operational strategies.
You will be responsible for leading finance teams at manufacturing facilities, providing guidance and support to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational objectives. Your ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights will be critical in driving the performance of the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
