Who you are
You have proven leadership in finance and operations roles, preferably in global or high-growth environments. Your strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and GAAP accounting sets you apart. You are proficient in NetSuite and financial analytics/reporting tools, and you possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Your strong organizational, compliance, and team management capabilities make you an ideal candidate for this role.
What you'll do
As the Director of Finance and Operations, you will lead the companyβs financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management. You will build and maintain a well-controlled, scalable, and efficient organization through strong financial and operational practices. Ensuring regulatory compliance in all operating jurisdictions (U.S. and Pakistan) will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will partner with executive leadership to align financial and operational goals with the business strategy, advising the CEO and senior leadership on strategic and operational issues using financial analysis and data-driven insights.
You will support long-term planning and scenario modeling, assess and manage risk, and evaluate capital structure. Leading short- and long-term financial forecasting, including revenue, expense, and margin projections, will be crucial. You will develop and manage robust cash flow models to ensure liquidity and support strategic decision-making. Monitoring working capital and optimizing treasury operations, including disbursement cycles, receivables, and reserves, will also fall under your purview. You will oversee cash management policies, daily bank reporting, and investment oversight, managing relationships with banking partners, external brokers, and financial service providers.
