What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end value journey for Celonis customers, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals through effective use of the platform. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business transformation. Your responsibilities will include conducting value assessments, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for building specific business cases and demos that showcase the capabilities of the Celonis platform. Engaging with customers throughout their journey, you will help them adopt and expand their use of the platform, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with partners and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes and foster long-term relationships.
