Who you are

You have a strong background in consulting, particularly within the life sciences sector, and are passionate about helping customers adopt innovative technologies. Your experience includes working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or similar software solutions, and you understand the unique challenges faced by life sciences companies. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with clients effectively and ensure their needs are met throughout the implementation process. What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Veeva Vault LIMS, partnering with customers to modernize their laboratory operations. You will lead discussions with clients to understand their requirements and tailor the implementation to meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include training users on the new system, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the product evolves in line with customer expectations and industry standards. Your role will be crucial in driving customer success and satisfaction as you help them navigate the transition to a more efficient laboratory management solution.
