What you'll do

As the Director of Corporate Development at Celonis, you will lead the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, guiding the company through the entire M&A process from initial screening to integration. You will partner with business unit leaders to develop strategies that identify product gaps and evaluate build, buy, or partner options. Your role will involve conducting thorough due diligence on targets, analyzing their market position, management, and customer base in collaboration with product and other cross-functional teams. You will structure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreements, ensuring that each transaction aligns with Celonis' strategic objectives. You will also oversee the integration of acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with Celonis' culture and operational practices. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future growth strategy of the company, making impactful decisions that drive success.
