What you'll do

As the Director of Corporate Development at Celonis, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future growth strategy. You will partner with business unit leaders to develop strategies that identify product gaps and evaluate various options for growth, including acquisitions. Your role will require you to conduct thorough market analysis and due diligence, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess potential targets and their fit within the company's portfolio.

In addition to leading M&A activities, you will also be responsible for integrating acquired companies into Celonis, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the company's culture and operational processes.
