Who you are

You are a strategic leader with a strong background in customer success and enterprise transformation, ideally within the Utilities & Energy industry. With a proven track record of influencing C-level leaders, you excel at steering complex transformation programs and driving profitable growth. You possess a unique blend of executive presence, vision, and a builder mentality, allowing you to shape multi-year strategies while diving into processes and validating insights. Your hands-on, entrepreneurial approach enables you to remove execution barriers and champion innovation.

You have experience orchestrating cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Services, Sales, and Solution Specialists, to translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You are adept at elevating customer maturity and guiding them to become Lighthouse references, ensuring long-term value realization. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor to your clients.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS firms and a strong understanding of process intelligence technology will set you apart. Familiarity with AI and data-driven transformation strategies is a plus, as is a background in consulting or strategic advisory roles.

What you'll do

As a Client Value Partner at Celonis, you will lead enterprise-scale transformation programs with our most strategic customers in the Utilities & Energy sector. You will act as their primary executive advisor, responsible for the long-term realization of value from our solutions. Your role will involve spearheading the Value Engineering function across your accounts, ensuring that our clients achieve measurable business outcomes through the effective use of our platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement transformation strategies that align with customer goals. This includes validating insights and business cases, as well as removing barriers to execution. You will champion innovation within your accounts, helping customers elevate their operational maturity and become references for best practices in the industry.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with C-level executives, influencing their strategic decisions and driving engagement with our solutions.
