Known is seeking a Vice President of Client Experience to lead their customer success initiatives. You'll work closely with clients to enhance their experience and drive innovative marketing solutions. This role requires extensive experience in client relations and strategic leadership.

You have a proven track record in client experience and customer success, ideally with over 10 years of experience in a leadership role. Your background includes working in a fast-paced marketing environment where you have successfully managed client relationships and driven satisfaction metrics. You are a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of creativity and data, and you are passionate about enhancing the client journey through innovative solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy mentoring team members to achieve their professional goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a dynamic industry, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes for clients.
Desirable
Experience in a full-service agency or a similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and the ability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making will set you apart. A background in creative industries, such as advertising or media, will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Client Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the client success team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
