What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Tide, you will lead the engineering delivery of our subscriptions platform, overseeing the technical direction and execution of systems that power subscription creation, pricing, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to help team members improve. You will also play a key role in hiring and onboarding new engineers, ensuring that they are integrated into the team and equipped to succeed.
