What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with customers to identify their challenges and design tailored AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You will lead the deployment of these solutions, ensuring they are effectively integrated into customer operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with AI experts across Product & Engineering to standardize solutions and enhance their scalability. You will also engage in pitching the Celonis AI vision to potential clients, aligning our offerings with their needs.

You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of process intelligence among our customers, utilizing your technical expertise to guide them through implementation and optimization. Your role will involve continuous engagement with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our solutions. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and enablement programs that enhance our service delivery.
