Desirable

Experience with AI and data-driven decision-making in supply chain contexts is a plus. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and process intelligence technologies will enhance your ability to deliver value to customers. You are also adept at project management, ensuring that initiatives are executed on time and within scope, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Celonis and its strategic customers, guiding them through the implementation of supply chain optimization solutions. You will leverage your expertise to assess customer needs, design innovative strategies, and ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops and training sessions to educate customers on the capabilities of the Celonis platform, as well as collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings based on customer feedback. You will also monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and communicate results to stakeholders, ensuring that the value delivered aligns with customer expectations.
