You have a strong background in solutions architecture with at least 5 years of experience in deploying containerized solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, allows you to navigate complex customer environments and ensure successful deployments. You are proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, enabling you to manage container orchestration effectively. Your technical skills extend to programming languages such as Python, which you use to automate processes and enhance system integrations. You understand REST APIs and can facilitate seamless communication between different systems, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision. You excel in customer-facing roles, acting as a trusted advisor and technical partner to clients, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

Experience with process mining and execution management tools is a plus, as it aligns with Celonis' core offerings. Familiarity with task mining and process automation will further enhance your ability to deliver value to clients. You are comfortable leading discussions on user management and authentication, ensuring that technical barriers to user adoption are removed. What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will be the key technical stakeholder responsible for the successful delivery and onboarding of our solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead the deployment of containerized solutions, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer environment. Your primary focus will be on driving the technical setup required to leverage the full range of Celonis features, including process mining and execution management. You will work closely with project teams, serving as the initial technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders. Your ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications will be crucial for successful integrations with their source systems.

You will also lead discussions on user management and authentication, acting as a technical partner to facilitate user adoption. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions deployed are not only functional but also provide significant value to the customers. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing any technical barriers that may arise during the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
