Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in the cybersecurity domain, and possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Your experience includes managing large-scale projects, where you've successfully navigated complex dependencies and risks while ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. You excel at simplifying complexity and eliminating ambiguity, making you a vital communication bridge within the organization. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and adept at coaching teams through strategic and tactical situations. Your collaborative nature allows you to influence and align teams towards common goals, ensuring that program deliverables are met on time.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry or with security programs is a plus, as is familiarity with application, platform, and offensive security. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the ever-changing threat landscape. Your ability to present and advocate for security initiatives will be crucial in this role, as will your understanding of the technical aspects of cybersecurity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs within the Product and Enterprise Security team at Celonis. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product organizations to define and drive the execution of multiple tracks of work, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's security goals.
