You have a proven track record in managing technical programs, particularly in the field of information security. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope. You excel at simplifying complexity and eliminating ambiguity, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively advocate for security initiatives and present program updates to various audiences. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, continuously monitoring and responding to the evolving threat landscape in information security.
Desirable
Experience in application, platform, and offensive security is a plus. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards will enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s objectives. You are comfortable working with engineering and product teams, understanding their needs and challenges, and translating them into actionable program goals.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Celonis, you will lead large-scale security programs that are critical to the organization’s success. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Enterprise Security team, as well as the Engineering and Product organizations, to define and drive the execution of multiple tracks of work. Your role will involve breaking down programs into manageable workstreams and coordinating across functional areas to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables. You will act as a communication bridge, simplifying complex information and keeping initiatives on track. You will also be responsible for identifying and managing dependencies and risks, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
