What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Formlabs, you will manage the strategy, overall planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production. You will be responsible for coordinating all program activities, ensuring that timelines are met and that the product meets the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with the design team and product stakeholders to develop world-class products that push the boundaries of what is possible with 3D printing technology. You will own the program budget, creating specific staffing plans and being accountable for every dollar spent on a given project. Your role will involve regular communication with senior management to provide updates on project status and any potential risks or challenges. You will also facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
