Who you are

You have at least 5 years of experience building production-ready applications in Go or another strongly typed language — you've tackled complex challenges and understand the intricacies of backend development. Your experience includes working with AI/ML technologies, and you have a strong interest in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and semantic search. You thrive in a startup environment, where autonomy and direct impact are key to your work. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the product vision is realized through your contributions.

Experience with full-stack product development or data/ML infrastructure is a plus, as it allows you to contribute to various aspects of the product lifecycle. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Centari, you will be a key player in designing and building the core AI technology that powers our Deal Intelligence platform. You will write code, shape the product, and interact with customers to drive initiatives from concept to completion. Your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge LLM technologies across infrastructure, search, and persistence layers, ensuring that our systems are robust and scalable. You will collaborate closely with other engineers who share a bias for action, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our platform, enabling professionals in law and finance to forecast, analyze, and negotiate effectively.
