Overview
Centari is seeking a Strategic Business Development & Growth Lead to partner with the CEO and GTM leadership in identifying and executing growth opportunities. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing AI company.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business development or growth strategy, ideally with experience in consulting or investment banking. You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy diving deep into market analysis to uncover new revenue streams. Your analytical excellence combined with creative problem-solving skills allows you to influence the strategic direction of a high-growth AI startup. You are comfortable engaging with C-suite level buyer personas and have a keen interest in AI and technology, demonstrating the ability to quickly develop domain expertise.
What you'll do
In this foundational role, you will partner directly with the CEO and GTM leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact growth opportunities. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive sustainable growth, moving seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will include uncovering new revenue streams and shaping the strategic business development function at Centari. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
