You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure. You enjoy solving complex operational problems and have a knack for building automation that enhances system reliability. Your expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, allows you to design robust solutions that mitigate risks and ensure high availability.

You are proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Your experience with Linux systems enables you to troubleshoot and optimize performance effectively. You are also skilled in programming languages like Python, which you use to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.

You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy mentoring others, sharing your knowledge to help your team grow. Your communication skills allow you to work effectively with engineering teams, embedding reliability into system design and delivery. You are passionate about enhancing security and fighting fraud in the real estate sector, aligning with CertifID's mission.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at CertifID, you will play a critical role in driving reliability improvements across our production SaaS environment. You will partner with engineering teams to embed reliability into system design and delivery, ensuring that our platform remains secure and efficient. Your responsibilities will include building scalable infrastructure patterns and advancing observability to enhance incident response capabilities.

You will lead initiatives to improve system performance and reliability, leveraging your expertise to identify and resolve operational challenges. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in site reliability engineering, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your insights and experiences to help them develop their skills. Your contributions will directly impact the security and efficiency of our platform, helping to protect against cybercrime and fraud in the real estate sector.
