Your ability to work independently while fostering collaboration makes you an effective team member in driving transformation.

You possess advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and INDEX/MATCH. Your experience with ETL automation tools like Alteryx and visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI enables you to deliver data-driven insights. You are also familiar with coding in Python and have a solid understanding of SQL, including T-SQL, which enhances your ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

What you'll do

As a Manager in the Data and Analytics team, you will lead various client projects focused on business transformation. Your role involves collaborating with clients to define data strategies and develop automation processes that enhance their operations. You will oversee the implementation of predictive analytics tools and visualizations that help clients achieve their business objectives. Your responsibilities also include managing project scopes, creating budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Your ability to develop internal tools and templates will contribute to the team's efficiency and effectiveness. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to provide innovative solutions to clients.
