What you'll do
As a Senior Manager at CFGI, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish, leading client engagements and delivering operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through intricate accounting issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve driving client deliverables of financial and regulatory information, as well as leading process improvement initiatives.
You will interact with clients' executive teams and auditors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include report writing, developing and managing client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. You will work in a collegial environment alongside top-tier experts, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and projects.
