You have a strong background in accounting and advisory services, with experience leading project teams and engaging with clients. What you'll do
As a Manager at CFGI, you will lead project teams and work closely with clients, including FTSE 100 companies, mid-cap firms, and start-ups. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables meet regulatory requirements. Your role will involve reviewing work prepared by consultants and providing guidance on operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions and IPOs.
You will integrate with clients' senior management to solve complex accounting issues and prepare proposed resolutions. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring consultants, acting as a role model, and providing creative solutions that enhance their overall experience. You will participate in the firm's recruiting efforts and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring positive outcomes and resolutions to conflicts.
