Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, accounting, or business. You are ACA (or equivalent) and/or CFA qualified, which showcases your commitment to professional excellence. Your exceptional writing skills enable you to prepare detailed valuation reports, exhibits, memos, and other client deliverables with clarity and precision. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex financial scenarios effectively. Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build and maintain strong client relationships. You thrive in a client-facing role and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
What you'll do
As a Manager at CFGI, you will lead project teams and work closely with senior management of FTSE 100, mid-cap, and start-up companies. You will take ownership of your career by gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and projects, making a true business impact with your clients. Your role will involve advising clients on various complex debt and equity transactions, ensuring they navigate the multifaceted business environment successfully. You will interact with clients and their Big 4 auditors on all aspects of engagements, including report writing and developing and managing client relationships. You will be consistently challenged and learn through a collegial environment created by top-tier experts within the firm. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including enterprise valuation and intangible assets for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, dispute resolution, and tax purposes.
