You have a proven track record in accounting advisory, with experience working closely with C-level management and leading project teams. Your ability to interact effectively with clients and their auditors sets you apart, as you thrive in a client-facing role and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You are self-motivated, ethical, and dependable, with a high energy level and a commitment to quality client service. Your analytical and critical thinking abilities enable you to navigate complex accounting issues and drive effective resolutions. What you'll do
As a Director at CFGI, you will lead client engagements and own the delivery of operational due diligence for complex transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will serve as a subject matter expert on new accounting standards and drive client deliverables in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve mentoring senior managers and consultants, acting as a moral and ethical role model within the firm. You will also lead process improvement projects and implement changes that enhance client service and operational efficiency. Your ability to build and manage client relationships will be crucial as you work to make a true business impact across a wide range of industries.
