What you'll do

As a Manager at CFGI, you will lead project teams and take ownership of engagements from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to solve their technical and operational challenges, integrating with their senior management to address complex accounting issues. Your responsibilities will include reviewing work prepared by consultants, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory reporting standards, and conducting research related to new ASC accounting standards. You will also be involved in process improvement projects, implementing changes that enhance operational efficiency. Mentoring consultants and fostering a collaborative environment will be key aspects of your role, as you guide your team in building strong client relationships.
