Who you are
You have a proven track record in project management, with experience in advising clients on best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Your strong communication skills enable you to facilitate stakeholder alignment and translate business objectives into actionable plans. You are adept at managing budgets and developing detailed work plans that outline activities, resource assignments, expected outcomes, and timelines.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working independently while also engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to drive transformation. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely milestones and quality outcomes. You have experience leading large-scale transformation programs and are viewed as a key engagement leader.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as an extension of our clientβs team, advising and managing complex initiatives across various lifecycles. You will oversee project completion, ensuring governance and visibility while delivering value-add initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed work plans, monitoring budgets, and facilitating stakeholder alignment. You will also mentor consultants and participate in firm initiatives, expanding your peer network and strengthening client relationships.
You will be involved in all key phases of project management, including planning, executing, testing, implementation, and deployment. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage your own and your team's workload will be crucial to your success. You will actively propose solutions and support firm training initiatives, demonstrating leadership and accountability throughout your projects.
