What you'll do

As a Risk Manager at CFGI, you will lead multiple concurrent SOX projects, guiding clients through the complexities of compliance. You will set realistic deadlines and manage project scopes, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your role will involve scheduling and managing teams of varying experience levels, optimizing their workload to achieve project milestones.

You will serve as the principal point of contact for clients, communicating project status frequently and addressing any concerns that arise. Your expertise in SOX compliance will be critical as you design and implement age-appropriate controls for clients, providing practical guidance throughout the process. You will also be responsible for reviewing budget-to-actuals and ensuring timely submission of team member timecards.

Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing control design language and flowcharts, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation. You will coach and develop team members, helping them grow in their roles and enhancing the overall capability of the team. Your ability to navigate complex client relationships will be essential as you work to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
