What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of power electronics for ChargePoint's EV charging solutions. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the testing and validation processes, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during development. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

You will be involved in cross-functional meetings to align product goals with business objectives, ensuring that the engineering team is well-informed and equipped to meet project deadlines. Your expertise will guide the team in making informed decisions about design choices and technology implementations.
