Who you are
You have a strong background in technical program management, particularly in hardware development, and possess the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Your experience includes managing new product introductions and ensuring products are optimized for manufacturability, cost, and supply chain flexibility. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
You understand the complexities of the manufacturing process and have experience in process development. Your ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders allows you to drive projects forward and ensure alignment across teams. You are passionate about electric mobility and are excited to contribute to the growth of the EV charging industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the manufacturing and process development for ChargePoint's hardware products. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing new product introduction builds and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize designs for production. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
