What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the manufacturing and process development for ChargePoint's hardware products. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure that products are optimized for manufacturability, cost, supply chain flexibility, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing new product introduction builds and ensuring that all aspects of the manufacturing process align with project goals.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status to stakeholders. Your role will require you to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
