You have a strong background in hardware engineering and technical program management, with a focus on manufacturing processes and new product introduction (NPI). Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and factory readiness. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex manufacturing challenges effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about electric mobility and sustainability. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, and management, sets you apart. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations related to manufacturing processes and ensuring that engineering builds are executed smoothly. You will act as the factory expert, overseeing production readiness and yield optimization. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will facilitate the transition from design to production, ensuring that all specifications are met.
You will also engage with contract manufacturers to align on production schedules and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
