What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Truework Team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for the team — you will work closely with product managers to define and prioritize features that enhance the Truework platform and improve customer experiences. Your role will involve overseeing the development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You will lead efforts to reduce technical debt, implementing best practices and processes that promote sustainable growth — your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through architectural changes and system enhancements that position Checkr for future success.
