Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing with at least 5 years of experience driving acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies across various channels. You are comfortable leading complex initiatives without an established playbook and thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Data.

Your expertise spans multiple growth marketing channels such as SEO, paid search, and email marketing. You are data-driven and have a proven track record of using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of conversion rate optimization and are skilled at implementing strategies that enhance user engagement and retention.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate growth strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive and take initiative, always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems. You are passionate about building trusted workplaces and communities through effective marketing strategies.

Desirable

Experience in a tech startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms. A background in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the growth strategy for Checkr's Truework business, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, and retention. You will oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, paid search, and social media, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.

You will collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that drive user engagement. Your role will involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

You will lead cross-functional projects that require coordination between multiple teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively. You will also be responsible for reporting on growth metrics and providing insights to the leadership team.
