You are an experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of developing high-value relationships with Enterprise accounts. You have a keen attention to detail and are metrics-driven, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to articulate solutions and build credibility with clients sets you apart in the field. You thrive in environments where you can drive meaningful impact through high-touch customer experiences.
You have experience in onboarding and training customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement with the product. Your background includes managing accounts with significant annual contract values, allowing you to understand the complexities of Enterprise-level customer needs. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are skilled at identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Checkr, you will own the Customer Success responsibilities for 30-40 Enterprise accounts, each with an annual contract value ranging from $50k to $500k. You will perform initial onboarding and ongoing training of customer accounts, ensuring strong adoption and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role will involve driving high retention rates and customer satisfaction by delivering a high-touch customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring customer health metrics, conducting regular check-ins, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance customer value.
