Brex is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a financial technology advisor to their largest customers. Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes working closely with senior finance professionals, such as CFOs and Controllers, to drive value and ensure customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex solutions in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals. You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to inform your strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with corporate finance and spend management solutions will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial as you work to expand existing customer relationships.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies tailored to each customer’s unique business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the implementation and optimization of Brex’s solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future enhancements. You will analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations that drive adoption and maximize value. Additionally, you will lead training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices and new features.
