What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Frontend Web at Cheerz, you will be responsible for leading a team of web developers, ensuring that they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles. You will work closely with the CTO and Staff Engineers to maintain the technical integrity of the platform and facilitate the adoption of best practices across the team. Your role will involve participating in strategic decision-making processes that affect your team's scope and responsibilities.

You will also be a key member of the 'Product Trio' within your squad, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to deliver features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Your leadership will help cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation within the engineering team, driving the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
