What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the cross-platform experience team, you will lead a group of 6 software engineers in transforming Doctolib's frontend architecture — your role involves defining the component strategy and technical standards that will serve as the foundation for the entire product ecosystem. You will drive the evolution of the frontend architecture, ensuring it supports scalability and flexibility across all products.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and architecture teams to ensure technical coherence and integration — your leadership will help establish development frameworks that standardize practices across teams, creating a consistent user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reusable component ecosystem that accelerates the team's capacity for innovation.
