You are a Quantitative Developer with a strong background in designing and building modeling platforms. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about solving complex problems in the trading industry. You have experience working with quantitative researchers and understand the importance of creating scalable solutions that serve multiple trading desks.
You possess a deep understanding of advanced development techniques and are skilled at implementing frameworks that allow for rapid innovation. You are comfortable working with various programming languages and tools that facilitate the development of comprehensive modeling platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision of creating development frameworks and tools that enhance the productivity of Quantitative Researchers across the firm. You will work closely with the Graybox Technology department to modernize internal modeling libraries and ensure that they meet the evolving needs of the Options Market Making business. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of trading strategies.
You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals to design scalable solutions that enable rapid model implementation. Your work will involve utilizing advanced development techniques while ensuring that the interfaces provided to Quantitative Researchers are user-friendly and straightforward. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the firm.
