What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and orchestrating key operating cadences across Chime. You will lead the planning and execution of company-wide rhythms such as annual planning, goal setting, and business reviews. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and focus on what matters most for the organization.

You will take on strategic, ad hoc projects as needed to help improve how Chime’s leaders operate the business. This includes working closely with the executive team to drive clarity and ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively executed. Your ability to connect strategy to execution will be crucial in this role, as you help shape the operational framework that supports Chime's growth.
